Qualifications

• 10+ years of maintenance in manufacturing, with automation focus.
• 5+ years in supervision, management or engineering roles.
• Experience in food, consumer goods, chemical, or pharma manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of mechanics for site equipment maintenance.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with operations to schedule repairs safely and reliably.
• Monitor performance, identify improvements and implement actions.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed in all activities.
• Manage maintenance budget, forecast costs and control spending.
• Implement and maintain preventive maintenance to extend equipment life.
