Kerry is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Rome, GA (Meat Division) facility to keep production equipment and facility systems running safely and efficiently. You will work day shifts, Monday–Friday, with occasional after-hours during shutdowns.

Qualifikationen

• 2-5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Mechanical knowledge of industrial machinery.
• Advanced mechanical aptitude.
• Use of hand and powered tools.
• Read and comprehend complex manuals.
• Use of measuring tools (tape measures, calipers, gauges).
• Reading mechanical schematics.
• Basic electrical knowledge (wiring, troubleshooting).
• Electrical meters and schematics reading.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and repair production equipment and building systems.
• Adhere to Kerry LIFE Safety, Food Safety, GMP, HACCP, and processing policies.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Coordinate with Facilities Lead and support vendor activities (HVAC, roofs, elevators, building systems).
• Ensure safety regulations and company standards are met.
• Perform electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repairs as needed.
• Complete maintenance documentation and reports.
