The role leads Maintenance Supervisor and Technicians across shifts, develops staff, upholds OSHA standards, and drives KPI improvements. A Bachelor's degree is preferred with 5+ years in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5+ years manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize equipment uptime.
• Direct Maintenance Supervisor and Technicians across shifts.
• Ensure safety, welfare, and training of maintenance staff.
• Review KPI reports and manage plant performance.
• Coordinate with plant engineers on tools, parts, and safety.
