Job summary

Fresno Valves & Castings, Inc. in Selma, CA is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a team of technicians, oversee preventive maintenance, and minimize downtime across the foundry, machine shop, and fabrication operations.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and a proven ability to drive reliability improvements in a demanding manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance management role in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with CMMS and preventive maintenance programs.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations across foundry, machine shop, and fabrication shops.
• Lead and develop maintenance technicians; provide training and evaluations.
• Plan, prioritize, and assign maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
• Develop and oversee preventive maintenance programs and metrics.
• Manage budgeting, procurement, and supplier relationships for parts and tools.
• Identify opportunities for reliability improvements and lead cross-functional improvements.
