Job summary
Fresno Valves & Castings, Inc./Pierce Fittings, Inc. in Eugene, OR, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the Maintenance Department, oversee technicians, supervise preventive maintenance, and drive reliability and safety across plant equipment and facilities.
The ideal candidate will have several years of industrial maintenance experience, supervisory skills, and knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems, with strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Technical training in Industrial Maintenance or related field preferred.
- Minimum five years industrial maintenance with supervisory experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, schedule, train, coach, and evaluate maintenance technicians.
- Oversee electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical maintenance of plant equipment.
- Maintain and improve facility infrastructure and safety programs.
- Administer and monitor preventive maintenance and CMMS records.
- Coordinate outside contractors and ensure compliance with safety policies.
