NOVO Health Services is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to lead our St. Louis maintenance team.

You will oversee mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, boiler operations, and building systems, ensuring reliable performance of all facility equipment in a large laundry environment. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, 5+ years of senior engineering or maintenance leadership, strong project management, budgeting, and contractor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 5+ years as Maintenance Manager or senior engineering lead in laundry/healthcare.
• Expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, boiler, and building systems.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• Experience managing budgets and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Technical leadership of the engineering/maintenance team, overseeing all facility maintenance and repairs (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, boiler operations, and building maintenance).
• Implement preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
• Diagnose and repair complex equipment malfunctions and conduct root cause analysis.
• Oversee engineering projects from design to completion within budgets and timelines, coordinating with contractors.
