Job summary

NOVO Health Services seeks a full-time Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment in our healthcare linen facilities. You will install utility lines, perform preventive maintenance, and lead maintenance technicians on daily tasks.

The role requires strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic skills, with boiler maintenance experience preferred. Applicants should wear PPE and follow safety policies at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Strong background in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and troubleshooting skills.
• Prior boiler maintenance experience is preferred.
• Ability to lead maintenance technicians and coordinate teams.
• Good communications skills with all levels of staff.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated industrial equipment.
• Install utility lines (steam, water, air, gas) and perform soldering and conduit work.
• Lead maintenance technicians and assign daily work orders.
• Maintain a preventive maintenance program and safety training records.
• Manage parts inventory and equipment records.
