Job summary

Aramark seeks an AWS/Maintenance Supervisor to lead hourly associates and guide operations maintenance planning and execution. The role focuses on meeting client goals, safety excellence and delivering contracted services with a unified cross-department approach.

The candidate will mentor hourly staff, manage labor and material costs, ensure compliance with safety programs and contract obligations, and drive operational efficiency across facilities.

Qualifications

• Requires 2-3 years of experience in plant & operations maintenance (POM) management.
• Requires 2 years of mentoring and developing hourly associates.
• Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Facilities Management Certification such as CPMM or equivalent is strongly preferred.
• Requires knowledge of boilers, chillers, generators and HVAC/R systems.
• Demonstrates visionary leadership, balanced judgment and disciplined execution.
• Proficient in WebTMA
• High integrity and business maturity
• P&L experience is preferred
• Strong time management and prioritization skills

• Ensure effective execution of department strategies to meet company and client needs with a high standard of excellence, urgency and predictability

• Drive operational efficiencies and labor/scheduling productivity
• Manage labor costs, supply costs and inventories
• Ensure capital equipment is maintained and used efficiently
• Ensure compliance with contract obligations and safety standards
• Support implementation of the Safety Plan and regulatory programs
• Conduct operational audits to ensure execution and compliance
• Translate corporate strategy into front-line tactics
• Establish effective communications and relationships across departments

• Develop and grow hourly associates
