Continental is seeking a senior Maintenance Leader for a 24/7 manufacturing facility in the United States. You will drive maintenance execution, improve equipment uptime, and implement preventive, predictive, and RC-based maintenance programs while leading a team of supervisors, engineers, and technicians.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 7+ years in manufacturing maintenance, 2+ years in leadership, and strong budget, planning, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership in maintenance/technical teams.
• Experience in maintenance budgeting, planning, and capital projects.
• Strong communications and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with external suppliers, contractors, and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead 24/7 maintenance operations ensuring safe, reliable equipment.
• Drive uptime improvements and plant reliability.
• Develop preventive, predictive, and RC-based maintenance programs.
• Lead maintenance planning, scheduling, and TPM initiatives.
• Manage budgets and capital projects.
