Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical engineering or related field is required.
• 7–10 years of progressive management experience in automotive (JIT) manufacturing.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe working conditions and ensure employees are trained to operate equipment safely.
• Oversee preventive maintenance of all plant machinery and facilities.
• Lead maintenance and operations of electrical, refrigeration, water, steam and gas systems.
• Plan and manage maintenance budgets and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Schedule daily duties and review completed work for conformance to standards.
