Job summary

Click Bond, Inc. in Watertown, CT is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to support operations by installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment. You will work with minimal supervision to ensure equipment reliability and safety.

You will read schematics, perform mechanical and welding tasks, manage CMMS work orders, mentor apprentices, and coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ years of experience.
• CMMS experience preferred.
• Welding experience preferred (MIG, TIG, STICK).
• Connecticut Machinist Journeyman’s card preferred.
• Forklift certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate mature, problem-solving approach when working with site personnel, vendors, and customers.
• Initiate and maintain action plans with motivation and urgency.
• Read and interpret mechanical schematics and blueprints.
