Job summary

Click Bond, Inc. in Watertown, CT is seeking a skilled facilities technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain the facility and production support equipment.

Under minimal supervision, duties include PM/CMMS work orders, emergency repairs, vendor coordination, and safety adherence. You will collaborate with managers across departments to improve processes, manage equipment, and document findings while supporting a clean, organized, and safe work environment for the production

Qualifications

• Demonstrate a mature, problem-solving approach when dealing with all levels of site personnel, vendors, and customers.
• Capable of initiating and following through with a plan of action, showing motivation and urgency.
• Ability to use hand/power tools.
• Skilled at recognizing and responding to abnormal situations.

Responsibilities

• Utilize CMMS to complete repair work orders, preventive and predictive maintenance, and projects.
• Provide emergency, unscheduled repairs of facilities and production support equipment.
• Create work orders and maintain the work calendar as needed.
• Perform routine facility cleaning and general upkeep of the production area.
