Qualifications

• Reads and understands industry standard drawings including GD&T.

• High school diploma or GED required; Toolmaker certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates manual saws, lathes, and milling machines.
• Heat treats materials and handles carbide components.
• Uses CNC/PLC and manual machinery for precision machining operations.
• Uses gauges and measuring equipment to ensure quality.
• Designs work holding jigs and fixtures and participates in continuous improvement.
