The role emphasizes 5S, Lean practices, and ERP usage to align with company standards. The position requires an associate degree or equivalent, 3+ years supervisory manufacturing experience, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associates’ degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Progressive responsibility in roles with increasing scope.
• Six Sigma or Lean / 5S experience.
• Leadership training and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.
• MS Excel, Word, PPT proficiency; ERP experience.
• Root cause analysis and troubleshooting ability.
• Welding, fabrication, and experience with industrial paint systems (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple work cells and up to 30 team members with ethical leadership.
• Meet or exceed production goals and KPIs; drive productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure material readiness, training, safety, and tool availability for staff.
• Maintain high quality standards and 5S compliance.
• Manage time and attendance, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Keep production tracker boards updated; perform ERP tasks by shift end.
• Maintain equipment utilization and support rush orders as needed.
• Uphold safety guidelines and confidentiality; support continuous improvement.
