Job summary

You will oversee maintenance systems, reliability, spare parts, and MRO materials while partnering with Quality, EHS, and Supply Chain to balance cost and equipment availability.

The role focuses on building a high-performing team, scaling for site ramp-up, and ensuring inspections readiness.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of related experience with demonstrated leadership in a maintenance environment.
• Experience building and leading a multi-disciplinary maintenance team in a GMP setting.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, vendor contracts, and spare parts programs.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops a high-performing maintenance organization and prioritizes projects.
• Manages CMMS as the system of record for data integrity and maintenance planning.
• Oversees CGMP compliance, change control, deviations, and CAPA related to maintenance.
