Trilliant Food & Nutrition, LLC, based in Little Chute, WI, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead preventative maintenance and repair activities for production lines. You will work closely with engineering and operations to minimize downtime and maximize plant efficiency, while guiding a team of maintenance staff.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of plant manufacturing experience, strong leadership, and a commitment to food safety and quality.

Formación

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a production environment.
• 5+ years of plant manufacturing experience in food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of food packaging, quality and safety requirements.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Experience with lean or continuous improvement is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee preventative maintenance and equipment upkeep on production lines.
• Coordinate with engineering and operations for cross-functional communication.
• Coach and develop maintenance staff; manage performance and coaching.
• Monitor downtime, schedule maintenance, and prioritize work orders.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and food safety policies are followed; maintain records.
• Assist in hiring, training, and onboarding of maintenance personnel.
