Job summary

Schwan's Company in the Houston area is seeking a Sr Technical Maintenance Manager to lead our egg roll manufacturing facility's maintenance team across Pasadena and Deer Park. You will ensure safe operations, drive reliability, and manage capital projects to maximize asset utilization.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of maintenance leadership in food manufacturing, with strong teamwork, communication, and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant maintenance leadership experience in food manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with accountability and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and PPE compliance per OSHA rules.
• Lead maintenance team across multiple shifts and mentor staff.
• Drive equipment reliability via RCA, preventive maintenance, and CI initiatives.
• Manage maintenance activities, capital projects, and process optimization.
• Collaborate with production, FSQ, CI, and safety teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor performance using MES/SAP data to identify cost-effective improvements.
