Job summary
Smurfit Westrock in North Richland Hills, TX, seeks a Maintenance Technician Lead to oversee maintenance teams, troubleshoot corrugator/converting equipment, and direct preventative maintenance programs. You will plan and coordinate maintenance work, train technicians, and ensure safety and efficiency across the facility.

Qualifications
- Six years plus of industrial maintenance experience with electrical troubleshooting.
- Minimum of three years of corrugator experience.
- Industrial electrical license or equivalent experience.
- Experience with CMMS and maintenance planning.
- Willing to respond to emergency maintenance calls.
- Must have own tools.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate maintenance issues with Production at shift start.
- Lead pre-shift meetings.
- Work with mechanics to produce and track work orders.
- Monitor repair quality and report performance.
- Audit PM and completed work orders weekly.
- Maintain housekeeping of Maintenance shop.
- Perform all responsibilities of a tech 5.
- May be assigned to other projects and duties.
