Qualifications

• 7+ years related experience and/or training.
• Corrugated experience.
• Technical degree or related experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• Ability to read mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and steam systems.
• Excellent people skills and communication, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic with emphasis on safety.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant/production machinery.
• Follow safety policies and complete monthly online safety training.
• Level and parallel rolls and adjust equipment for quality products.
• Inspect equipment and repair bearings, seals, gears as needed.
• Complete paperwork neatly according to guidelines.
• Analyze and repair mechanical problems using maintenance techniques.
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Work with maintenance crew on mechanical, fabrication, plumbing, welding tasks.
• Read drawings and ensure equipment meets specs; minimize waste.
• Comply with environmental, OSHA, fire and electrical safety codes.
