Qualifications

• 2-year technical degree or related work experience required.
• 3+ years of maintenance supervisory leadership experience within the packaging industry required.
• 3+ years of Mechanical or Electrical maintenance experience required.
• 3+ years of Corrugator experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations to maximize equipment uptime and safety.
• Lead craftsmen with coaching to adhere to maintenance practices.
• Monitor inventory orders to control storeroom spend.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental rules and procedures.
• Coordinate daily and break-in work with operations and mechanics.
• Provide leadership in safety, training and work allocation.
