Expect 5+ years in maintenance, hands-on with Allen-Bradley equipment, and proven leadership ability. The position offers an excellent pay scale and comprehensive benefits, with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience.
• Experience with Allen Bradley machines.
• Management/leadership/mentoring experience.

Responsabilités

• Schedule upcoming preventative / predictive maintenance tasks with Materials group and Production Manager(s).
• Direct daily preventative / predictive maintenance tasks for all shifts and verify completion.
• Review Plex data to enhance maintenance tasks and reduce downtime year over year.
• Ensure availability of materials and re-ordering as needed.
