A manufacturing company in Columbus Grove, Ohio, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisory Manager to oversee the scheduling and execution of preventative maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of supervisory experience in a metal stamping or automotive facility, along with strong leadership and communication skills. They will ensure compliance with safety and quality standards and lead a team in maintaining operational efficiency. A degree is preferred but not required.

Formación

• Five years supervisory or managerial experience in metal stamping or automotive manufacturing.
• Journeyman's Card in the Maintenance field preferred.
• Experience in electrical, welding, schematics, hydraulics, and mechanical power presses preferred.
• Ability to multi-task effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and plan preventative maintenance tasks.
• Review Plex data for maintenance enhancements.
• Participate in production meetings.
• Support safety and quality compliance.
