You will lead a team, diagnose HVAC/plumbing/electrical issues, and manage turns and preventative maintenance to keep common areas and residences in top condition.

Role requires HVAC and CPO certifications, 3+ years in multifamily maintenance, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• HVAC Certification is required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Certification is required.
• 3+ years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• Maintenance leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general repair skills.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Dependability, initiative, and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance operations and supervise the maintenance team.
• Diagnose HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance issues.
• Prioritize service requests and ensure timely completion.
• Oversee apartment turns, inspections, and preventative maintenance.
• Train, coach, and develop maintenance team members.
• Maintain buildings, amenities, grounds, and common areas.
• Coordinate vendors and contractors.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and maintenance expenses.
• Provide professional service to residents.
• Participate in the rotational on-call schedule.
