Job summary

Gaines Investment Trust is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations for one of our apartment communities. This hands-on leader will develop a strong maintenance team, solve problems, and uphold high standards for residents and properties.

Responsibilities include overseeing service requests, preventative maintenance, and apartment turns, plus diagnosing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general repairs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• HVAC Certification required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Certification required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general troubleshooting skills.

• Lead, train, and develop the maintenance team.

• Participate in the rotational on-call schedule for maintenance emergencies.

Compensation: $28–$32 per hour, based on experience, plus monthly performance bonuses

Schedule: Monday–Friday, plus rotational on-call
