• Advanced Repairs & Technical Expertise: execute complex repairs and specialized work across multiple facilities.
• Site Support: assist with new site openings, transitions, and facility upgrades; lead beautification projects.
• Site Audits & Quality Control: conduct audits and enforce corrective actions for safety and quality.
• Compliance & Safety: support OSHA, ADA, and life-safety standards; act as safety liaison.
• Preventative Maintenance & Systems: perform checks and support maintenance standards across sites.
• FMX, Inventory & Asset Management: assist with work orders, asset tracking, and inventory.
• Team Leadership & Training: mentor technicians and promote safety and quality practices.
