Job summary

Eagle’s Trace by Erickson Senior Living in West Houston, TX seeks an Appliance Repair Technician to maintain residential apartments, laundry rooms, ice machines and refrigeration systems. This hands-on role requires you to respond to equipment failures and perform preventive maintenance to keep our community running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of appliance maintenance experience, EPA certification for refrigerants, and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial/residential appliance maintenance.
• Will be expected to work a reasonable amount of scheduled and “on-call” overtime as necessary.
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 35 pounds.
• Must possess current EPA certification to handle refrigerants.
• Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform necessary maintenance of all appliances contained in residential apartments and laundry rooms
• Perform necessary maintenance of Health Care laundry equipment
• Perform necessary maintenance of all ice machines and refrigeration equipment, both residential and commercial
• Respond to emergency calls for system and equipment failures
