Keith Titus Corporation in New York is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician – Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing to oversee repairs and preventive maintenance across multiple properties. You will diagnose complex issues and provide technical leadership to technicians, ensuring safety and reliability of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and power systems.

This senior role requires proficiency with CMMS, strong problem-solving, and the ability to coordinate with contractors.

Qualifications

• Advanced troubleshooting and repair experience with electrical, mechanical & plumbing systems.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, building infrastructure and facility operations.
• Knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance practices.
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, schematics, specs, and equipment documentation.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and provide technical leadership.
• Proficiency with maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Valid driver’s license with travel between properties.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and power system issues.
• Perform and oversee preventive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, generator systems.
• Inspect electrical panels, motors, pumps, generators, and related equipment.
• Perform repairs in accordance with codes, safety standards, and procedures.
• Support generator and emergency power readiness.
• Identify deficiencies and root causes; recommend corrective actions.
• Assist with asset replacement planning and life-cycle management.
• Provide technical leadership, training and field guidance to Technicians.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and verify work quality and compliance.
• Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and reports in CMMS.
• Respond to emergency/unscheduled maintenance; travel between sites.
• Support national maintenance initiatives across locations.
