Page Enterprise seeks a Lead Maintenance Technician – Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing to oversee reliability, inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of building systems across all properties. This senior role provides technical leadership and supports field technicians with complex issues.

Responsibilities include diagnosing electrical/mechanical/plumbing issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and codes.

Qualifications

• Advanced troubleshooting and repair experience with electrical, mechanical & plumbing systems.
• Strong ability to read and interpret manuals, blueprints, schematics, specifications and equipment documents.
• Experience with maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel between properties.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and power system issues to ensure safe operations.
• Perform and oversee preventive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, generator, and related building systems.
• Inspect electrical panels, motors, pumps, generators, and equipment to identify deficiencies.
• Perform repairs in accordance with codes, safety standards, and procedures.
• Support maintenance, testing, and readiness of generators and emergency power systems.
• Identify root causes and recommend corrective actions to improve reliability.
• Assist in asset replacement planning and life-cycle management.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to Technicians.
• Develop and improve preventive maintenance procedures and standards.

FLSA Status: Full Time / Exempt

Reports To: National Facilities Director

Pay Range: $85,000 - $95,000

Schedule: Monday – Friday ; 7:30AM – 4:30PM

The Lead Maintenance Technician - Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing is a senior-level maintenance professional responsible for the reliability, inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, power generation, and related building systems across all Page Enterprise properties. This position provides technical leadership and field support to Maintenance Technicians, serves as the primary resource for complex system issues, and helps ensure maintenance standards are consistently applied across all locations.

Duties and responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and power system issues to ensure safe and reliable building operations.
• Perform and oversee preventive maintenance activities on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, generator, and related building systems.
• Inspect and evaluate electrical panels, motors, pumps, generators, equipment, and associated infrastructure to identify deficiencies and reliability concerns.
• Perform electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repairs in accordance with applicable codes, regulations, safety standards, and company procedures.
• Support the maintenance, testing, and operational readiness of generators and emergency power systems.
• Identify equipment deficiencies, root causes of failures, and recommend corrective actions to improve system performance and reliability.
• Assist with equipment condition assessments, asset replacement planning, and life-cycle management initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership, training, mentoring, and field guidance to Maintenance Technicians.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of preventive maintenance procedures, standards, and best practices.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and specialized service providers to support maintenance and repair activities.
• Monitor and verify contractor work quality, completion, and compliance with project requirements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, inspection reports, and supporting documentation within the maintenance management system.
• Respond to emergency, urgent, and unscheduled maintenance issues as needed.
• Travel between Page Enterprise properties to support maintenance operations and special projects.
• Support National Maintenance Department initiatives and operational objectives across all company locations.

Qualifications

Required

• Advanced troubleshooting and repair experience with electrical, mechanical & plumbing systems.
• Strong working knowledge of plumbing systems, building infrastructure and facility operations.
• Knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance practices
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, schematics, specifications, and equipment documentation
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and provide technical leadership to others.
• Proficiency with maintenance management systems (CMMS) and maintenance documentation.
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel frequently between company properties.

Preferred

• Five or more years of commercial, industrial, facilities, or property maintenance experience.
• Managerial experience.
• Experience working with generators, emergency power systems, motors, pumps, electrical distribution systems, and related equipment.
