Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. in Jessup, MD is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance department, implement the maintenance program, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will oversee budget, coordinate staff, and work with vendors to minimize downtime.

The role requires strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills, plus experience in industrial maintenance. You will maintain records, schedule inspections, and support production with timely repairs while adhering

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic skills.
• Experience in Industrial/Manufacturing maintenance management.
• Proficient with MS Office and data handling.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders up to 10 feet.
• Own a set of standard hand tools and work well in a team.
• EPA refrigeration certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage the Maintenance department within the monthly budget.
• Monitor/implement facility equipment maintenance and safety program to meet regulations.
• Repair equipment on production floor safely following HACCP guidelines.
• Work with vendors to manage inventory control of equipment parts.
• Maintain maintenance records and preventative maintenance program.
• Advise the General Manager on equipment maintenance and availability.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate maintenance activities and resources.
• Inspect and update maintenance records; support facility audits.
• Coordinate with managers to ensure timely maintenance reconciliations.
• Execute planned maintenance and communicate needs to production.
