Job summary

Flex-N-Gate is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee installation, maintenance, and repairs of all facility machinery and equipment. You will manage maintenance personnel, safety, and compliance with company policies and regulations.

The role requires a technical degree or Red Seal, 5+ years in maintenance and leadership, and the ability to coordinate projects and budgets. On-site work with a strong focus on reliability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in a technical field and/or Red Seal Trade Certification.
• Minimum 5 years in a related maintenance role.
• Minimum 5 years in management and leadership roles.
• Ability to multi-task and manage maintenance schedules.

Responsibilities

• Read manuals and work orders to perform maintenance and service.
• Coordinate and monitor contractor activities for projects.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and maintain records.
• Prepare monthly reports and budgets.
• Ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
