Job summary

You’ll guide equipment installation, preventive maintenance, and lean improvements while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance in a food manufacturing environment. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with QA, R&D, and operations to maximize throughput.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with experience leading maintenance teams in food manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation systems.
- Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Guide and support the maintenance/engineering team to ensure safe, reliable production.
- Direct equipment installation, maintenance, and repair to minimize downtime.
- Implement process improvements to lift quality, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
- Oversee capital initiatives from scoping to execution for upgrades.
- Coach and mentor staff to elevate technical capability.
