Job summary

TerraPower Isotopes’ Senior Engineering Technician supports a growing radiopharmaceutical manufacturing operation, ensuring reliable equipment performance and adherence to radiological safety, ALARA principles, and cGMP practices. The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance leadership and problem solving in a high‑hazard environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, electronics, or related field.
• Ten+ years of industrial maintenance, equipment service, or test engineering experience; nuclear/radiopharmaceutical exposure is highly desired.
• Experience leading technicians or small teams and coordinating maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment, including hot cells and gloveboxes.
• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation failures using engineering principles.
• Coordinate repairs, testing, and return-to-service activities to minimize production interruptions.
