- Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and automation troubleshooting.
- Experience with roll forming, coil processing, presses or metal-forming equipment.
- Willingness to travel 30–60%.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support across seven facilities.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and automation issues.
- Coach maintenance teams to improve technical capabilities.
- Develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Travel to plants to support major equipment issues and reliability initiatives.
- Standardize maintenance practices across the network.
