Job summary

The Adecco Group, via Adecco Permanent Recruitment, is seeking a Senior Maintenance Engineer for our manufacturing client in Nashville, TN. The role focuses on improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and increasing OEE across facilities.

You will lead capital projects from concept to completion, troubleshoot issues with RCFA, and develop preventive/predictive maintenance programs while supporting automation, PLC, and instrumentation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of reliability/maintenance engineering experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and RCFA background.
• Experience leading and managing capital projects.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; no sponsorship available.

What you'll do:

• Develop and optimize Preventive/Predictive Maintenance and TPM programs
• Support automation, controls, PLC, and instrumentation initiatives
• Track maintenance/reliability KPIs and drive continuous improvement
• Provide leadership and direction to maintenance personnel

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 7+ years of reliability/maintenance engineering experience
• Strong troubleshooting and RCFA background
• Experience leading and managing capital projects
