Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum five years in healthcare or similar maintenance roles; two years if trade/vocational graduate.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, calibrate, adjust, lubricate and repair components as needed.
• Complete preventative maintenance work orders on utilities equipment and systems.
• Submit documentation to supervisor promptly and accurately.
• Maintain records of repairs and ensure conformance to blueprints and standards.
• Assist engineering staff with major repairs or installations as needed.
• Coordinate fire and life safety measures and inspections with Safety teams.
• Train other engineers and general mechanics in skills as required.
• Maintain regular attendance and compliance with policies.
