AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is seeking a Full-time HVAC Maintenance Technician to install, inspect, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and related systems. You will coordinate preventive maintenance schedules, assist in equipment modifications, and respond to emergency calls as required.

The role requires reading/writing English, documentation skills, and basic Microsoft Office proficiency; a valid driver's license is required. Experience in HVAC/R is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Must have the ability to document records neatly and accurately.
• Basic Microsoft Office computer skills.

• Complies with healthcare, federal, state, and local rules and regulations.
• Develops and implements departmental equipment procedures for power outages.
• Installs, inspects, maintains, repairs, and performs preventive maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Coordinates and performs electrical equipment maintenance, installations, and modifications per codes and regs.
• Responds to in-house work orders and preventive maintenance tasks; handles emergency calls as needed.
