Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Director of Maintenance for Protein Conversion & Pet Food. You will lead a multi-location maintenance team across the South, focusing on process execution, budget management and continuous improvement in wastewater, rendering and steam generation operations.

The role requires 8–10 years of leadership experience in maintenance, travel 50-75%, and relocation to one of the unit facilities. You’ll drive capital projects and ensure safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of maintenance leadership experience.
• Experience in poultry processing and/or food manufacturing.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and time management.

Responsibilities

• Safety policy implementation and enforcement.
• Manage maintenance processes across the unit.
