The ideal candidate has 5+ years in multifamily maintenance with supervisory experience, holding EPA and HVAC certifications, and strong skills in plumbing, electrical, and general building repairs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of multifamily maintenance experience and supervisory leadership is required.
• EPA certification is required for this role.
• HVAC certification is required for this position.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building repairs is expected.
• Experience supervising maintenance staff and coordinating work orders is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for a 200+ unit multifamily community.
• Lead, train, and schedule service technicians, porters, groundskeepers, and maintenance staff.
• Manage work orders, emergency repairs, and resident service requests.
• Ensure timely, high-quality turns and preventive maintenance; maintain curb appeal and inventory.
