Foot Locker’s distribution center seeks a Maintenance Controls Tech IV to oversee preventive and routine maintenance of equipment and structures, and to execute complex repairs supporting production operations.

The role requires leading Technicians, strong PLC/Electrical skills, HVAC knowledge, and safety compliance, with CMMS usage guiding work orders and documentation. First shift, Mon-Fri, with hands-on project work and supervisory duties.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Facility/Material Handling maintenance experience with 3 years as Technician III or 5+ years with broader maintenance background.
• Experience with conveyors, HVAC, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
• Proficient in PLCs, PC controls, welding procedures, electrical repairs and installation.
• Able to read, write, do math, analyze data and use a CMMS system.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and work at heights with fall protection.

Responsabilités

• Oversee a team of Technicians for maintenance, preventative maintenance and upkeep of the distribution center.
• Review CMMS and assign tasks, maintenance and preventive work orders.
• Perform quality checks on maintenance tasks and documentation.
• Troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems and repair.
• Design or fabricate components for projects and operate maintenance equipment.
