Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in facilities maintenance, construction management, engineering, or technical services leadership.
• Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience within the retail fuel, convenience store, petroleum, foodservice, or related industry strongly preferred.
• Professional certifications in project management, construction management, maintenance management, engineering, or related disciplines are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for the Facilities Maintenance and Construction departments.
• Develop and implement departmental strategies, goals, budgets, performance standards, and KPIs.
• Align technical services activities with corporate objectives, operational priorities, and growth initiatives.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, innovation, teamwork, and customer-centric service.
• Develop succession plans and talent development programs for technical services personnel.
