Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled journey-level repairs, inspections and preventative maintenance of systems and equipment.
• Monitor and maintain work order and preventative maintenance program.
• Coordinate and supervise work performed by contractors.
• Mentor Maintenance Technicians and Associates.
• Research and order equipment, parts, and supplies; manage payments for orders.
• Respond to inclement weather and safety duties to keep campus safe.
