Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teams to ensure high-quality, timely cases.
• Monitor metrics: customer satisfaction, productivity, case hygiene, knowledge.
• Provide case reviews with actionable guidance and stakeholder updates.
• Resolve complex incidents and maintain executive-level communications.
• Drive proactive support through campaigns and product guidance.
• Collaborate with R&D on issues, testing and product requirements.
