Qualifications

• 10+ years of RACF engineering or senior mainframe security administration experience.
• Hands-on IBM RACF and IBM zSecure customization, reporting, and engineering support.
• Proficiency with JCL, REXX, and CARLa for automation and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, engineer and support mainframe security initiatives (authentication, authorization, encryption, privileged access).
• Collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, and Operations to validate designs and support implementation.
• Develop monitoring, automation, and reporting using IBM zSecure, Compliance Manager and related tools.
• Provide SME input on RACF, z/OS controls and security best practices for audits and projects.
