Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in MIS/IT or related field.
• Three years of progressively responsible IT admin experience in MIS/telecoms.
• Experience with mainframe RACF and audit tools.
• Ability to work with auditors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee RACF administration across mainframe environments.
• Configure and maintain security profiles, access, and permissions in z/OS.
• Develop policies and procedures for security compliance and audits.
• Ensure security controls align with SOC/Audit requirements.
• Lead and participate in on-call incident response and diagnostics.
• Generate and respond to audit reports using CARLa, zSecure Audit, and z/OS tools.
