• Lead end‑to‑end mainframe migration projects (z/OS, COBOL, DB2) and manage cross‑functional teams.
• Develop and govern detailed project plans, budgets, timelines and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with Client and IBM stakeholders; drive status updates and executive briefings.
• Identify risks, ensure data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee testing, validation, and post‑migration support activities.
