Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a remote IT professional to join our ERP-focused team with CT-preferred on-site engagement. The role entails analyzing requirements, designing, building, and testing software applications, and leading ERP implementations from planning through go-live.

Ideal candidates have extensive project management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid grounding in SAP/Oracle/M Dynamics. US citizenship proof and ITAR compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 6+ years of relevant work experience; 2+ years in a similar role.
• Strong programming and debugging skills.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies.
• Must be ITAR-compliant and able to provide proof of citizenship.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support a team of mainframe software engineers with guidance and code reviews.
• Lead ERP customer requests from planning to go-live.
• Manage scope, budget, timelines, resources, and risks.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams (IT, Finance, HR) and stakeholders.
• Analyze business needs and align ERP functionality with organizational goals.
• Provide technical and functional support and document system behavior.
