Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• At least 10 years in software development with 3+ years in lead/co-lead roles.
• Proven experience with high-volume transaction processing in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and identify modernization opportunities.
• Contribute to design and implementation of modernization strategies including mainframe migration and callouts to distributed platforms.
• Evaluate legacy systems and propose enhancements for scalability and performance.
• Develop and maintain automated processes for legacy apps to ensure operational consistency.
• Mentor team members and share knowledge across mainframe and distributed tech.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies for legacy modernization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure on-time project delivery.
• Commit to project timelines and resolve obstacles to deliver high-quality results.
