Job summary
Yoh is seeking a Mainframe Developer to work onsite in the Dallas, TX area. You will develop, test, and support complex mainframe applications using COBOL, DB2, CICS, JCL, and VSAM, while collaborating with architecture teams to design robust solutions.
Responsibilities include requirement analysis, system testing, performance tuning, and documenting subsystems. Mentoring junior developers and driving continuous improvement are also key aspects.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of mainframe development with COBOL, CICS, DB2, JCL, VSAM, SYNC SORT, MQ-Series.
- Experience in test automation and performance tuning.
- Proficient with Endevor, File-Aid, Abend-Aid, Intertest and Control-M.
- Familiar with Python is a plus.
