Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of hands-on Mainframe application development.
Strong expertise in COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, CICS, IMS, Endevor, File-AID, SPUFI.
Experience supporting large-scale financial or automotive applications.
Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise mainframe applications.
Analyze business requirements and translate into scalable solutions.
Provide production support and incident management.
Participate in Mainframe modernization and cloud transformation initiatives.
Mentor junior developers and drive engineering excellence.
