Troubleshoot batch and online abends, production issues, and application defects.
Analyze and optimize daily/monthly batch processing and reduce processing windows.
Perform impact analysis across integrated systems and platforms.
Prepare technical designs, estimates, documentation, and unit testing.
Participate in on-call production support for critical batch processes.
Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver reliable solutions.
